KPOP Society

Hello, we are the KPOP Society of Keele University.

In this society you can expect to have a lot of fun with likeminded people. We play minigames, do random dances, and even host dance classes to learn some popular kpop chorus choreographies!

2023-24 Is the year we start Dance Covers. We will be aiming to practice and film at least two full dance covers per semester, and bring them all together at the end of the year for a short mashup dance of the choruses. This year we will be collaborating with Evolve KPOP Dance- whom are a successful kpop dance cover team in Stoke- to film, edit, and promote the videos on youtube, like a real dance cover team!

Our big events so far this year have been:
- performing at the diversity festival. The performers also went on to perform in a KPOP Event in HMV Birmingham with Evolve Dance for Halloween.

- A big Public Random Dance at the forest of light (posted to YouTube).

- Multiple Halloween Dance Covers filmed on campus 

- Multiple group-themed socials to celebrate comebacks. We have given away a LOT of freebies at these socials.

Dance classes will be on Wednesdays in the Ballroom from 3pm-4pm, follow our instagram for updates on room/time changes.

Dance Cover Practice time is after the dance class, 4-6PM. In the winter we have changed this to be 1-3PM so that it's not too dark when people leave.

Minigame/chat socials will be on Fridays, 5-9PM, the room will be announced on the Instagram.
