Stall Bookings

Book a stall for fundraising stands, promotions, and market trading

Thank you for your enquiry about booking a stall with Keele SU.  Please read the below carefully as it contains important information regarding booking your stall.

How to make a booking
To make your booking please go to our booking hub link at the bottom of this page. Please note bookings must be made at least one business day in advance and our subject to our opening times. When your booking is approved by the team you will receive email confirmation. Should any issues or queries arise we will contact you via email before booking is approved.

Stall Booking Areas
Keele SU has 25 separate stall spaces, accessible for use by both students and local businesses. These stalls are limited to a 3m x 3m area (If you require more space, please speak to us regarding other options).  All stall bookings are full day hire (9am-5pm). Please note that where power or equipment hire is requested you must include this in the booking form under the ‘Add Resources’ section. If you need to request additional equipment, please contact us prior to the booking and we will attempt to accommodate this. All equipment booking is done on a first come first serve basis and will be subject to availability

On Arrival
Upon arrival for your stall booking please report to the Student Union main reception (Located in The Hub, to the left of the main stairs) Reception staff will be ready to greet you, answer any questions and contact the university’s estates team to connect your stall to the power grid. Please note all paperwork and payments must be completed before stall setup can begin.

Payment
Stall payments must be made prior to setup of any stalls. Payment can be made either upon arrival in person at The Hub. Please note Keele SU does not accept cash payments.

Food Stalls
All food stalls must be in line with the University’s food safety policy (Providing Food Safely Code of Practice). The SU will require the following documents prior to arrival:

-Public Liability Insurance Documentation
-Food Hygiene Certificate
-Completed Risk Assessment
-Fire Safety Certificate
